Roses & Scrolls variant (d)

Scrolls and Roses revived for the twentieth century. These were presumably for export (Clydebank collection).

"I have confirmed that Singer included the Scrolls & Roses decals on the Singer Model 27. I have a picture of a Queen Victoria Diamond Jubilee Model 27 with that decal set and the serial number evidence suggests that they pulled machines off the production line randomly for the QV giveaway in 1897 rather than making special machines for the promotional. I think we can conclude, therefore, that the S&R decals were available on the Model 27." ~ Calvin Amerding
