The purpose of the International Sewing Machine Collectors' Society is to foster the collecting of, and research into, sewing machines.

 The Singer Class 400 Sewing Machines feature a slant shank and rotary hook. They use Class 66 Bobbins and 15x1 needles. They thread from the front to the back.
