INTRODUCTION
These are production figures for some earlier Singer industrial machines. Machines produced at Singer's Scottish factory Kilbowie and the Elizabethport in the United States are combined together. This list does not include machines prior to 1900 nor the industrial BA to BY Elizabethport serial numbers. Singer has not published that data.
The list also does not include machines from other factories. It does not include the W models acquired from Wheeler & Wilson. Large numbers of industrial machines were made at some of the other Singer factories. So this is only a partial picture. Some of the Singer data is combined and we don’t know the breakdown, e.g. models 2 and 3 are together. I also cut off the data at model 200 because the bulk of those fall in the BA to BY series.
The purpose of this list is to provide both an idea of the relative scarcity of Singer's early industrial machines, and also as an identification guide.

* NB - The 17 figures are only for the Singer 17 and not the 17W which is a totally different machine. Same for the 107. The 107 listed is a cylinder bed machine and not the 107W. Same for 112. The 112 listed is a cylinder chainstitch machine and not the 112W. Same for the 119. The Singer 119 is a cylinder bed and not a hemstitch machine like the 119W
